Will Belcher is a senior corporate partner at Taylor Wessing with extensive experience in equity capital markets and M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors. Recent transactions include IPOs of commercial and investment companies, M&A transactions including dual track processes, and secondary fundraisings. Will is recommended in Chambers, IFLR and Legal 500 for corporate and ECM transactions. Will was educated at  Durham University and the College of Law and joined Taylor Wessing in 2008.
